Refund policy

If you are using the free version of PulpoLine.com, you will never be charged. However, you can upgrade your account at any time.

You can also select a version of the 14-day trial when you sign up for any of the bills paid.

If you cancel your subscription within this 14-day trial, you will not be charged .

We do not ask for payment details to start a 14-day trial.

Upon expiration of your free trial period of 14 days, you will be asked to create a paid subscription in the app to continue using the paid service.

You will be charged on a monthly basis approximately 30 days from the date you make the first payment.

If you decide not to continue with the plan that you chose for your 14-day trial, your account will degrade automatically to the free account (if we have a free plan at the time) that you can use forever free of charge.

You can cancel your account at any time just by signing in, going to the Subscription page and clicking on the link ‘Cancel my account’.

If you choose to pay once a year in advance, there is no partial refund if you decide to stop using your account during the year. Once you pay a year in advance, your account will be active for 12 months. After 12 months, you can renew for a full year, to pay month-to-month or switch to a free account.
