What is the RGPD?
The General Regulation of Data Protection (GDPR) was introduced to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe, to protect the data privacy of all EU citizens and to shape the way organizations across the region approach the privacy of the data. Why we accept the RGPD in PulpoLine
In preparation for the RGPD, we formed a core team of leaders from each business area of PulpoLine, coordinated by our Data Protection Officer (DPO) internal. The representatives of this group are responsible for ensuring that all equipment met all the requirements of the RGPD.
What steps do we take in preparing for GDPR?
Audit of data collection and processing
We check all the activities of PulpoLine, and our entire set of products to identify where we collect and process customer data. On this basis, we validate our legal basis for collecting and processing the personal data. We also ensure that we are applying the appropriate security measures in all of our infrastructure (both hardware and software) to fully protect these data.
Audit of external suppliers
We completed an audit of all the external vendors and validate their compliance with the RGPD. All agreements of providers were in force as of may 25.
Terms of service and privacy policy updated
We have updated our Terms of service and privacy Policy. These updated versions clearly describes what personal data we collect and process, why, how we use it, who we share and how much time the store. As always, our goal is to keep a language transparent in our Terms of service and privacy Policy as clear as possible.

We provide support to their customers and offer them the ability to access, manage and delete your personal data.
