Additional limits on use of your user data by Google: without prejudice to anything else contained in this privacy Policy, if you provide access to the application, the following types of data from Google, the use of such data by the application will be subject to these additional restrictions:

• The app will only use access to read, write, modify or control the bodies of the messages from Gmail (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide an e-mail client website that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless it is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• The application does not use this Gmail data to serve ads.
• The app will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your agreement, so for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security reasons, such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law or to the internal operations of the application, and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymised.
• The use of the application and the transfer to any other application of the information received from the Google API will comply with the Policy of user data services API Google , including the requirements of limited use.
